These terms apply to anyone using Pelagic Tribe Parts Lookup ("the app"), an internal tool for Pelagic Tribe's team and authorized dealers to search Shimano spare part codes and generate pricing quotes.
Access is by invitation only. An administrator must add your Google account's email address before you can sign in. Sharing your access, attempting to access the app with an account that hasn't been authorized, or attempting to bypass the sign-in process is not permitted.
Prices shown in the app are calculated using exchange rates, freight, duty, and margin figures configured by Pelagic Tribe, and are provided for quoting purposes only. Prices are subject to change and may differ from the final invoiced amount, particularly due to currency fluctuation between the time a quote is generated and the time an order is actually placed and invoiced.
The app is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. While reasonable care is taken to keep part data and pricing calculations accurate, Pelagic Tribe does not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted, and is not liable for decisions made based on information shown in the app.
You agree not to use the app for any purpose other than looking up Shimano part information and generating quotes in the course of your work with or for Pelagic Tribe, and not to attempt to access, copy, or extract data from the app in bulk beyond normal use.
Pelagic Tribe may modify these terms, the app, or your access to it at any time, including revoking your access without notice if these terms are violated or your relationship with Pelagic Tribe ends.
